職責描述:
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Company Owner;
• Arrange calendar, executive meetings, business appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation effectively and efficiently;
• Manage daily workflows and business correspondence independently including preparation of letters, essays, memos, reports, proposals and minutes;
• Prepare business communication, and meeting minutes including drafting documents and translation, etc;
• Handle personal matters, including confidential correspondence, records, social events and entertainment functions, etc;
