職責描述：
"• Manage all aspects of operations of a western restaurant and maintain its quality of service and customer experience in a high standard
• Lead, manage and motivate the F&B service team
• Work closely with kitchen team on menu planning and food quality
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant as well as staff personal hygiene and grooming up to meet the restaurant standards
• Assist the management in the restaurant marketing promotion and related events

工作經驗及技能：
"• Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in similar capacity of well known catering organisations
• In-depth knowledge in food & beverage service and operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer knowledge
• Customer orientated and strong business driven mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua would be an advantage
