職責描述：
The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, conducting VIP visits, supporting all in-park promotions and preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department. Besides, he/she will carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

-Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
-Strong communication skills with solid experience in complaint handling
