職責描述:
• As the first point of contact for visitors/students and external stakeholders, the Student Services Officer is responsible to receive, liaise with and create an engaging experience for all visitors or stakeholders of the Centre.
• Respond to emails and parent communications
• Update Boaz Website as requested, poster, notice board, etc
• Assist with preparing marketing materials and brochures
• Maintain work schedules for students and Therapists
• Keep attendance records (students, participants and Therapists)
• Consolidate timesheets for therapists
• Provide general office support where required, including preparing meeting packs, keeping minutes, filing documents
• Assist with Health and Safety requirements and Centre room layout, cleanliness and presentability
• Assist with Centre equipment purchasing, inventory and security of Centre property
• Assist arrangement of repairs, quotation for equipment, etc
• Prepare environment and equipment for meetings, e.g. setting computer, Zoom link, etc
• Send bills to clients and receive payment
• Support the Operations team with the consolidation of accounts

學歷要求:
工作經驗及技能:
Experience: at least 1-year experience in front office/administration
Language proficiency: competent in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken)
Technical Skills:
• Good English and Cantonese language proficiency (written and verbal)
• Administrative acumen
• Fast and correct work
• Knowledge of Centre Operations
• MS Office Suite (including Chinese Word data processing ), and other software as require
