職責描述:
Manage office resources, operational infrastructure, and related facilities
o Staff records and related documentation, collaborate with operations and management on staff resource level
o Procurement and maintenance contact on office software and hardware
Working closely with sales, operations, marketing, and management on projects and company development
o Collaborate with marketing and/or management on project and activities, organize resources and supports as required
o Support sales, operations, and contractors on accounting related matters, e.g. payment arrangements, commissions
Coordinate with internal/external Accounts and Audit parties and customers in accounting related matters
o Making sure accounting activities and documentation are running properly and in a timely manner
o Being contact point to customer on generic accounting/finance information enquiry
o Conduct performance measure to sales, operations, and contractors, based vs company set KPA

薪金:
HK$18,000 ~ HK$22,000
學歷要求:
工作經驗及技能:
- HKCEE/DSE or above and with at least 5 years working experience, or University graduated and with at least 2 years working experience
- LCC2 or diploma on accounting/finance
- Good command of Cantonese and English, spoken and written
- Highly organized individual with passion to perform and work with people
- A good team player and an independent working individual
- Able to work remotely when required
