職責描述:
Coordinate and arrange council and committee meetings, including preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, and coordinating meeting schedules and logistics
Assist Head of Human Resources and Administration and Centre Administration to handle administrative work
Support company events and functions
Handle enquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders
Perform other tasks as assigned

學歷要求:
工作經驗及技能:
Degree holder; preferably in language studies, Linguistics, Translation, or related disciplines
Fresh graduates will be considered
Good command of written and spoken English
Good interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills
Highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability, attentive to details and ability to work under pressure
Sound PC knowledge (MS office)
