職責描述:
• Responsible for all daily front office activities.
• Act as a shift leader of front desk
• Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
• Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
• Ensure correct handling of billing and administrative work, including the review and report archiving
• Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests
• Ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently
• Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company
• Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of Front Office service
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Front Office Manager

• 當分配到Yulan母公司內的所有地點時,處理工作任務
• 負責與前廳部服務性質相關的所有工作任務
• 執行前枱部經理分配的臨時職責
