職責描述：
負責所有建築物維修，包括隧道內部結構維修重新裝修。
負責所有土木、結構、清潔及一般建築維修工程的監督及檢查工作。
監督及檢查團隊需按照規定標準進行的所有土木、結構、清潔及一 般樓宇維修工程。
就隧道結構的日常保養工作與內部及外部人員聯絡及協調。
對所有隧道結構進行例行檢查，如有損壞或損耗，需進行所需的維修。
負責隧道區作業環境的健康與安全。
Responsible for all building maintenance activities including internal fabric maintenance redecoration of the Tunnel Structures.
Responsible for supervisory checks on all civil, structural, cleansing and general building maintenance works carried out by his team in accordance with the required standards.
To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on day-to-day maintenance of Tunnel Structures.
Responsible for carrying out routine inspections of all Tunnel Structures to identify signs of damage or deterioration and effecting any necessary repairs.
Responsible for the health and safety aspects of the operational environment in the Tunnel Area.
Immediate available is highly preferred.

每月底薪 HKD $26,000 - 30,000（視乎經驗），另有每月酌情花紅
學歷要求：
工作經驗及技能：
持有香港大學/香港理工大學/香港專業教育學院/技術學院/科技學院頒發的土木或建築工程文憑或高級證書，或同等學歷。及；
至少三年於土木工程或樓宇維修相關工作，或同等工作經驗。
Holder of a diploma or higher certificate in civil or building engineering from a Hong Kong university/ polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical institute/technical college, or equivalent; and
At least three (3) years of full-time post-qualification full-time working experience in civil or building maintenance, or equivalent.
至少三年於土木工程或樓宇維修相關工作，或同等工作經驗。
