"• Greet, direct customers and provide information including but not limited to product features, pricing, cross-sell and after-sales services accurately in our retail shops.
• Answer enquiry on products, services and SPCA activities and events.
• Provide up-to-date promotion campaign details to customers proactively.
• Provide excellent / outstanding customer experience.
• Process checkout by totalling purchases, and processing payments (by checks, cash, credit / debit cards, e-payments).
• Meet the sale target set by Management.
• Maintain proper retail shop setting accordingly to guidelines (e.g. product display, stock backfill to racks, promotion materials etc.).
• Report potential security alerts / issues to Management.
• Assist in inventory handling, including receiving, moving, and stocking heavy merchandise.
• Conduct periodic stock take."
