職責描述：
Coordinate with both internal technical support teams and external vendors for scheduled IT support activities;
Communicate with customers, support teams and operators in order to deliver onsite IT work;
Provide daily IT helpdesk support to in-house end-users;
Perform routine IT operations such as inventory management, computer setup, software installation, printer and network configuration/troubleshooting.

學歷要求：
工作經驗及技能：
Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subject;
Experience in supporting end-users in Windows environment;
With good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role would be an advantage;
Immediate available is an advantage.
