職責描述：
The incumbent will be responsible for managing all improvement, repairs and maintenance works for the common facilities and the community; monitoring and coordinating the works carried out by consultants, contractors and in-house technical team

9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, with alternate Saturdays off or as specified by the Company
學歷要求：
工作經驗及技能：
Knowledge/ experience in quantity surveying, contract management, term contract and renovation will be an advantage; Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
